As a graduate from UMass Amherst with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Emily’s experiences allowed her to develop her guest services and client relationship skills.  As a coach who is passionate about fitness and the culinary arts, Emily strongly believes in the value of self-awareness, relationships, and commitment. She guides her clients on their own individual path towards their healthiest and happiest self in order to experience the freedom of self-empowerment through a balanced lifestyle.

Accountability is the foundation of Emily’s relationships with her clients. She strives to lead by example and holds herself accountable to clients’ goals by consistently seeking new opportunities to advance her knowledge. As a certified Culinary Coach from the Harvard Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, Emily enjoys challenging her clients through various nutritional approaches and encourages them to step outside of their “wellness comfort zones” in all aspects of their lives.

Emily is an ASCM certified personal trainer and has worked for the past 2 years developing programs for individuals, small groups and team training clients.  She looks forward to continuing her journey alongside a very talented group of wellness professionals at Chi Bang Bodies.
