"Too Blessed to be Stressed."

General Manager, Chi Bang Bodies

BA, Pre-medicine/Psychology Boston University

Yen started her professional career in the Human Services field after graduating from Boston University in 1996. Her concentration in pre-med/psychology set the stage for a life dedicated to her passion: helping to improve the lives’ of her clients. Through her past roles, Yen learned to be more compassionate and patient through her work in human services.

In 1998, she was recruited as a project manager where she led a team of software engineers and began to develop her management skills turning her attention to sales and business development. Bringing together her two experiences, Yen developed her ability to listen as a counselor and honed the ability to understand her clients’ needs as a professional saleswoman. While Yen trained and managed teams of salespeople, her primary focus as a coach was to develop the individual to advance them towards their personal goals.

Yen has been a key contributor to the successes of local startup companies, as well as playing a vital role in the sales departments of Fortune 500 companies. Her success can be attributed to her drive to help people. “No one cares how much you know, unless they know how much you care.”

Combining her passion to help people and her love to develop and grow small businesses, Yen fulfills her role as CLIENTEL3’s General Manager. The roster of clients at the exclusive and intimate studio in Boston’s Back Bay district includes: men, women and children of different ages and walks of life, as well as seniors and athletes (amateur and professional). Yen looks forward to contributing to Boston’s community as part of Chi Bang Bodies’ team of compassionate professionals.
